The DEPA EIC Centre, also known as the Thailand 5G Ecosystem Innovation Center, is a joint initiative by the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA) and Huawei Technologies in Thailand. The Centre is positioned as an incubator for the 5G ecosystem and a digital innovation development accelerator. It provides comprehensive functions of partner development and enhances talent competitiveness to drive a sustainable digital economy aligning with the Digital Thailand 4.0 strategy.

Featuring BuildTrack Smart Touch Switches to control the lighting and image functionality, the Centre accelerates the full use of digital technology, particularly through knowledge-sharing via training and workshops led by world-class specialists. These activities are aimed at incubating Thailand's digital workforce, which is a crucial foundation for the country's development.

Key functions and operations of the Centre include:


5G Talent Development and Enablement: It provides a wide range of 5G training courses led by specialists with rich global experiences.
Solution Development: The Centre encourages joint development to advance partner's innovation based on focused industry projects to meet requirements of these projects.

Business Development: It creates business opportunities in both local and global markets through a partner ecosystem network. The Centre encourages partners to commercialize their innovations by providing both online and offline brand promotion channels.

The Centre offers visiting bookings to its 5G EIC exhibition center for learning about 5G AND IoT insights and experiencing use cases in various industries both in 2C and 2B applications. However, note that these partnerships are intended for organizations and institutions only, and individuals are not allowed to register.
